How to install

    Open your app store

    Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. Tap a button on this page or search for “Mintrans DTS”.

    Install the app

    Tap “Install” (“Get” in the App Store) and wait for the download to finish. iPhone requires iOS 15.5 or later.

    Start using it

    Open the app: parking, charging stations, fines and documents are at hand.

The app and the portal

The app was developed by the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for Digitalization of the Transport Sector”, the operator of the E-TRANSPORT.TJ platform. In the app you can obtain electronic documents: certificates, licenses and permits.
